Job Description

Salary: 65,000 – 80,000 Lek/month

Position: General Construction Worker

Responsible for performing a wide range of physical tasks on construction sites, supporting qualified professionals and ensuring the safe and efficient progress of construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assistance in site preparation: (cleaning up waste, setting up protective barriers, loading/unloading materials).
• Using basic work tools: (hammers, shovels, chisels, saws).
• Mixing and opening of building materials: (cement, gravel, sand).
• Assistance of qualified employees: such as carpenters, masons, welders, and machine operators.
• Implementation of safety rules: and mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintenance of tools and equipment: to keep them in proper working order.
• Performing other tasks: according to instructions from supervisors.

Skills and Requirements:

Previous experience on a construction site is an advantage.
