Duties and Responsibilities
Providing assistance and service to customers during night hours
Ensuring that check-in and check-out processes are carried out efficiently at night
Overseeing the security of the facility at night, including monitoring entrances and exits and intervening in any suspicious or emergency situations
Responding to customer calls and requests, providing information and assistance when necessary
Reporting any issues, incidents or injuries that occur during the night to the shift manager or security personnel

Qualifications:
A degree in hospitality, tourism management or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, ideally in a hotel or cruise environment
Good knowledge of computer systems and software used in reception, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems and reservation systems
Organizational and time management skills
