Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of Bread and Bakery Products: The baker will be responsible for the preparation of a wide variety of breads, baguettes, cookies, croissants, and other bakery products, ensuring the freshness and high quality of each product.
Recipe Development: Experimentation and development of new recipes to enrich the bread offer on board, adapting to different passenger preferences and seasonality of products.
Oven and Equipment Management: Efficient use and maintenance of ovens and other baking equipment, ensuring their optimal operation and safety at work.

Qualifications:
Previous Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a baker in a professional setting, preferably in restaurants, hotels or cruises.
Professional Skills: In-depth knowledge and skills in baking techniques, including knowledge of fermentation, forming and baking of bread.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English; knowledge of a second language, especially German, is an advantage.
