Duties and Responsibilities
Pastry Preparation: The Pastry Chef will be responsible for the preparation of a wide range of desserts, including pastries, cakes, breads and cakes and specialty cakes.
Creativity and Innovation: Developing new and creative dessert recipes, experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to delight passengers.
Cake Decorating: Advanced cake decorating skills, using various techniques to ensure attractive and professional presentations.

Qualifications:
Previous Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a cruise or hotel environment.
Languages: Good communication skills in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
Professional Skills: In-depth knowledge and skills in the art of pastry, including the preparation and decoration of cakes.
Education: Degree from a recognized culinary institution specializing in pastry is preferred.
