Duties and Responsibilities
Food Preparation: The chef will be responsible for the preparation of various recipes, ensuring a high quality of food for passengers.
Menu Planning: Working closely with the chef, the chef will help plan and develop new and creative menus, adapting to passenger preferences and local produce availability.
Hygiene Maintenance: Ensuring a clean and sanitized environment in the kitchen, respecting food safety rules and standards.
Special Request Response: Tailoring recipes to meet passengers' special dietary requirements, such as food allergies.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other members of the kitchen crew and other departments to ensure an excellent passenger experience.

Qualifications:
Previous Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a cruise or hotel environment.
Cooking Skills: In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques and the preparation of a wide range of foods.
Languages: Good communication skills in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
